Google parallel tracking support

From the end of this month, Google changes click tracking method and applies parallel tracking solution to all Google Ads accounts. gemiusDirectEffect is ready for those changes. In order to properly measure clicks in Google Ads campaigns with gDE, all you have to do is use Environment: Application in gDE placement settings.
