Ranking search results improvement

We are continuously working to improve your experience with the gemiusDirectEffect interface. In this deployment we will introduce a small change in the search option in the statistics ranking. Until now every time indicator or dimension were changed, the search result was reset. After this deployment, every search result will be saved regardless if you change ranking basis or add another indicator to your report results.

New ad format - VPAID Linear

We know that our users have been waiting for this for a long time. This week, we introduce a new global ad format called VPAID Linear. Thanks to this new template, it will be possible to set video files or a predefined HTML code in the players supporting VAST2 and VPAID2 formats. In addition, the VPAID Linear ad format will support inscreen statistics.

Improvement in existing ad formats

We would also introduce a few improvements in available ad formats available in the gemiusDirectEffect interface:

• HTML5 Background - it will be fully responsive; also new options will be added: top (name changed from OffsetTop), right, bottom, left (name changed from OffsetLeft), and an option to center the creative horizontally and vertically, and set a video loop.
• AdTiles, Flipout video, Rising stars slider - it will be possible to measure interactions.
• Carousel - an option to set a maximum width, alignment horizontally, an option to turn on/off waiting for images to load; also clicking on hidden images will work like clicking on an arrow and rotate an ad. now it will be possible to maneuver between images not only by clicking on the left or right arrows, but also by clicking on the image behind the currently displayed one.
