Real Users divided by platforms

We've introduced another step in presenting Real Users statistics in the gemiusDirectEffect interface. Thanks to results provided by the gemiusAudience study for most markets covered by Gemius, we are presenting an estimated number of real users in your campaign divided by the following platforms:

  • PC
  • Mobile
  • Tablet

Thanks to this change you are able to get more accurate statistics in your campaign. You can get detailed information for every platform and campaign node dimension in the Single time frame view or analyze how your campaign performs for every platform in the Rankings view.

From now on, for every campaign with the Real Users divided by platforms, the Socio-demography statistics will be presented based on PC RU data.

Real Users for clickers

If you were ever wondering how high was Real Users statistic in your CPC campaign, there's no need to think about it anymore. This week we introduce Clicking real users indicator in your campaign.

It will be possible to choose between the following indicators:

  • Clicking real users
  • Clicking real users reach
  • Clicking real users frequency

And this is not the end. Stay tuned on more news regarding Real Users and Socio-demography statistics that are going to be announced soon.

URL in Creatives batch upload

We are still working on making your experience with the gemiusDirectEffect interface better, and this week, following requests from our clients, we introduce another improvement in the Creatives batch upload functionality. After this deployment, another field called “Landing URL” will appear in the creatives settings after using the Batch upload option to upload files. This means that users won't have to set the creative landing page manually after uploading a batch of creatives.

As in the case of basic creative settings, you can leave this field empty and the creative landing page will be inherited from the campaign settings, or set a URL of your choice for the main creative clickTag.

New ad formats

For a few weeks now we have been introducing new ad formats. This week we bring you four more creative templates that will be available in the gemiusDirectEffect interface.

Twosided banner

This ad format initiates a single banner at the beginning and after a few seconds it turns to reveal a video file with the advertisement. User is able to set the time after which the creative will turn, and thanks to a possibility of using HTML5 technology together with different video formats, your ad will be available on multiple devices.

HTML5 background

We give you a possibility to display a full screen background of your choice. Whenever you need it to be an advertisement working in HTML5 technology, a simple image (working on mobile devices) or a movie - gemiusDirectEffect gives you all those possibilities.

Video background pushdown

Engage users with your advertisement with this new ad format! We give you a possibility to set up to five clickable buttons with a video file defined under every one of it. After clicking on the button, a panel with a video appears and, depending on the settings of a creative, a website background is changed accordingly.

Ad tiles

We all love stories and with the Ad tiles template we give you a possibility to tell your own story with the use of your advertisements and user interaction. At first, a creative is displayed as a standard banner with an arrow placed in its lower part. After clicking on the arrow, a new tile appears below, showing another banner. We give you a possibility to set up to four images, in both HTML5 technology or as a single image.

Geo in Georgia

The last news is that we've introduced geo statistics for campaigns set in Georgia. Now you are able to check your campaign performance in all cities and regions of Georgia directly in the gemiusDirectEffect interface.
