New options for two-sided and scratch banners

We will introduce a few adjustments in two already available ad formats.

In scratch template we will add:

• support for HTML5 technology for the banner,
• possibility to display the ad format on a layer with its display position selectable, or as a standard banner,
• possibility to define the close button;

In two-sided banner template we will add:

• option to define the video background,
• a fix that will ensure that in a situation that the video fits the full width of the container, it doesn't expand beyond the 100% height of the video container.
