New placement environment - plain scripts

Following the needs of our clients, we prepared a solution dedicated mainly for the Czech market. Recently, one of the biggest Czech publishers has changed the rules for using third party JS tracking scripts in his system. This is why we introduce a new environment in the Placement settings. It is called Plain and will be available in both sync and async script versions.

Placements with environment set to Plain will be marked with a grey exclamation mark on the placement icon.

Plain scripts will behave differently from the default scripts available in the gDE interface. They will not gather any cookie or BID information and the number of the connections they make will be highly reduced. They will collect only information about impressions and inscreen statistics.

Note: right now using plain scripts will be available only with the use of JS tracking scripts.

Cube 3D template improvements

We have also prepared some improvements to the Cube 3D ad format available in the gemiusDirectEffect interface:

• possibility to change the size of a default close button,
• possibility to add a close button of your choice,
• possibility to set a time-to-close parameter,
• possibility to set a delay for autorotation.
