Disabling PDF, XLS and DOC reports file formats

We would like to remind you that from 17th of March 2021 it will no longer be possible to obtain Summary and Reach (Unique Cookies) reports in PDF, XLS and DOC formats. It will still be possible to order reports in XLSX and DOCX formats.

This means that new reports can be exported to an XLSX or DOCX file only, while pre-set cyclical reports generated in PDF, XLS or DOC formats will still be generated as before for some time. We will inform you in the next releases about further steps taken on this matter. The export of statistics from the gDE interface remains unchanged, the statistics can be downloaded to a CSV, XLS, XLSX document.

Disabling Heatmap report

Please be advised that because of its limited usage, together with this release, one of the On-demand reports available in the gDE interface - Heatmap report, is going to be disabled.
