Environment - Plain in display scripts

In the previous deployment (Release: 23-11-2016) we introduced a new placement environment called Plain. This week, we will introduce the plain mode working also in the gemiusDirectEffect display scripts, which will give our clients full support.

Please remember that plain scripts will behave differently from default scripts available in the gDE interface. They will not gather any cookie or BID information and the number of connections they make will be highly reduced. They will collect only information about impressions and inscreen statistics.

Note: using plain scripts will be only possible with the use of JS tracking scripts and display scripts

Custom inscreen in reports

A few weeks ago, we presented a custom inscreen indicator that is available together with the default inscreen measurement (Release: 19-10-2016). Until now, statistics for custom inscreens were accessible only in the campaign statistics tab. Starting from this release they will be available also in the reports generated from the gDE interface.

Note: For the time being, tracking both custom and default inscreens will be possible only with the use of tracking scripts. With display scripts it will be possible to measure custom or default inscreen values.

More custom fields in campaigns list

So far, on the campaign list in the gemiusDirectEffect interface it was possible to set which statistics settings in the campaign list view were to be presented together with campaign details. Starting this week, you will be able to decide also about campaign settings, such as:

• campaign first and second ID
• owner/creator
• client/login
• information about campaign start and end dates

AdTiles format improvements

Following the needs of our clients, we will also release a small feature connected to the AdTiles ad format. From now on it will be possible to set the creative alignment. The new option will be available in the Creative settings.
