Real user statistics in campaign time frame

Real user statistics become available for campaign time frames in gDE2's interface. Real user statistics for campaign time frames will be available only, if a campaign lasted for maximum 3 months.

The additional RU statistics will be visible in several views:

• Dashboard
• Rankings view
• Time frames view

New ranking type

A new type of ranking is going to be introduced with this release: Publishers x Creative ranking. We add the new type to Rankings view and to Cost rankings view as well.

Sorting rankings by dimension

From now on, you will be able to sort rankings also by dimension, i.e. by placement name or creative name. This is a frequently requested feature, so we decided to add it before gDE2 enters its Release Candidate state.

Removal of feedback tab

The feedback tab is going to be removed from the right side of the interface for good. This way of giving feedback about gDE2 hasn't been used frequently lately, so we think it makes sense to remove it now and reduce interface clutter a bit.
