Password recovery form

The security of your data is our highest priority. For this reason, we are implementing a certified information security management system. To maintain compliance with the latest technologies, in this deployment we will upgrade our password encoding algorithms to the newest versions. So we ask you to change your password to the gemiusDirectEffect interface, after this Wednesday deployment.

As you already know, password change is possible in the gemiusDirectEffect interface in the My account tab.

We also introduce a new feature that will allow you to recover your password without contacting the technical support, when you forget your login details. In this deployment a link to the password change form will be added on the gemiusDirectEffect login page, which will be available to all users.

After clicking on the Password recovery link, you will be asked to provide your login and e-mail address assigned to your account. After filling in the required details, an e-mail with detailed information will be sent to the provided e-mail address and you will be able to set a new password to your account.

Please be aware that changing the password through the recovery form is possible only when an e-mail address is assigned to the user profile, so we strongly encourage you to fill in the missing information in the My account tab available in the interface.

Note: Please be informed that if you don't change your password after this deployment, it will be invalidated on Friday, September 23, and password change will only be possible via the password recovery form.
