CTR format preference applied to exported statistics and cross-campaign reports

The CTR indicators format preference now also applies to:

• Tables exported from the campaign statistics view in the interface.
• Data tables in cross-campaign reports.

If CTR indicators format is set to percentage in your user settings, fractional statistics in these tables will be expressed as percentages. This matches the existing behavior of period reports.
