Change in Skipoffset parameter in VAST templates

Due to the changes that are taking place in some video players, we introduced a small fix in VAST video templates.

Until recently, in the case of leaving Skipoffset parameter empty - video player didn't display Skip button at all. However, we noticed that some video players are changing the logic behind this and starting to treat empty Skipoffset parameter as a signal to display Skip option immediately, from the beginning of the video. That's why we deployed a small fix to keep Skip button logic as it was.
Currently, leaving Skipoffset empty will make this parameter not included in XML file. As a result, video player won't find any Skipoffset's value (empty or not) and won't display Skip button.
 
To display Skip immediately - user will have to set 00:00:00 (according to HH:MM:SS pattern) as a value of Skipoffset parameter.

Change will influence new creatives or the ones that will be updated.
