New option for two-sided banner and scratch

We will introduce a few adjustments in already available ad formats.

In scratch template we will add:

• support for HTML5 technology
• possibility to display the ad format on a layer with its display position selectable, or as a standard banner
• possibility to define the close button

• option to define the video background
• a fix that will ensure that in a situation that the video fits the full width of the container, it doesn't expand beyond the 100% height of the video container
