New filter in the Campaign List view

We are introducing a new filter in the Advanced filters section of the Campaign List view. This filter allows sorting campaigns based on the pattern of their creators' logins, enhancing the browsing experience.

Changes in API command

We are implementing updates to GetCampaignsList command. It includes a new field: createdByUserPattern, which enables the search for campaigns based on the pattern of their creator's login.
