Change in publisher statistic view

From now on, the statistic Other Campaigns' Impressions in publishers' statistic view is no longer visible as all campaigns are monitored and we do not support this statistic.

API changes

The last feature also comes with new API calls. We introduce changes in parameters of API command:

• new onlyCreatedByCurrentUser optional parameter which takes as input values: "Y" or "N"
