New feature: master block capping
From now on, it is possible to create frequency capping for whole request to the master.
Master block capping is available in Ad Space main menu > Publishers & placements submenu > Publisher > master placements.
To configure this type of capping, it is necessary to specify the number of impressions and the time period. Each time a user (cookie) views the entire block of ads, including the final one, the capping count increases.
Once the user reaches the set limit, meaning the ad has been displayed the specified number of times within the designated timeframe, no further ads will be broadcast on this placement until the capping period has elapsed.
For example: as shown in the picture above, the capping is set to 5 impressions per hour. When the cookie reaches this limit, no more ads will be broadcast on the given master until one hour has passed, starting from the first impression.
Please note that Master Block Capping is an on-demand feature. To enable it, please contact your Local Technical Support office.
